1.) I am attracted to this photograph because the woman in the yellow shirt stands out against the dull gray background. I also like the contrast between the hectic background and it is in a way calmer in the foreground.

2.) This is a strong photograph because it shows what it is actually like in Haiti right now. The photographer also choose a very powerful angle for this picture.

3.) The focal point of the photo is the woman in the yellow shirt.

4.) This photo tells the story of the earthquake in haiti because it is complete  chaos and everyone is confused and disorderly.

5.) The woman in the yellow shirt looks like she is looking for someone or she is lost.  She is walking on what use to be a house. She sees destruction everywhere she looks. 

For the first quarter i want to do the urban decay project, perspective project, texture contrast, and the reflection project.  I want to do the urban decay project because its winter and i think the cold depressing atmosphere will go good with urban decay idea. I want to do the perspective project and texture contrast because I'm interested in learning about those first. I want to do the reflection project because it sounds like something interesting that i want to do.
